This event was part of the Six Cities Design Festival programme in 2007.
Unconcerned with the traditional boundaries between art, design and entertainment, contemporary character designers are redefining the aesthetics of our global visual language. Influencing art, advertising, fashion, urban landscape and homes is a new breed of character that appeals to us on an emotional level. Abstract Little Beings highlights the works of designers working across a range of media to examine the importance of contemporary character design in society today.
